WRONG Financial Threshold for Spouse Visa + Dependent

Hi Team,
First of all a big thank you to the moderaters here, I have been reading your posts from last 8 years and it has helped me all through my first visa extension till ILR.
As the cycle moves on I am now in the process of applying a visa for my wife and 5 month daughter to bring them to UK. My wife's visa application states

TYPE OF VISA / APPLICATION: Apply to enter the UK as a partner
SUBMISSION METHOD: Online

And I have added my daughter as a dependent to her spouse visa application,

but the Financial Requirement Threshold is still showing £18600.00
and not £22400 (wife + 1 dependent)

I have been asked to make separate Appendix FM Child application for my daughter. Can someone confirm if thats correct or I need to make a change. Thanks in advance

Two applicants = two separate individual application forms.

You will need to pay for your partner IHS online and you will be sent an email later to pay for your daughter IHS surcharge fee

I made two separate applications. ( Partner + Daughter)

When Paying for the IHS for my partner , there are two questions where I am stuck

Are you applying to join or remain with a person already in the UK? I am guessing I don't have to fill this in as I am on ILR and not a Visa with expiry date

You don't have any dependants I have my daughter as a dependent here , but its not showing me any options to add here , only option visible is 'These Details are Correct'

Please advise how to proceed . Thanks
