British citizenship for child born in UK

Hi,

If a child is born (june 2021) in the UK to non-british parents and if one of the parent got ILR later then can the child apply for British Citizenship directly or needs to get on ILR first?

Citizenship directly on form MN1.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
