ILR Clock Reset - Change Employer

Hi,
I have been told that the rule ILR for Skilled Worker has changed recently, starting April 2023 change of employer (skilled worker to skilled worker) will reset the ILR clock and time spent on previous employment will not be counted towards ILR (5 years)?

I have looked online / gov.uk and unable to find a reference.

Have the rules changed as all I find is old references which state that switching employment on Skilled Worker does not reset the clock ?
