Hi
i applied for naturalisation in March 2023 i try to chase Home office in june to get an update about my case they sent me a generic reply as my application is in process after 1 and half month i have chased home office again and sent them an email to get an update they didnt reply me back i have emailed them on saturday and today is thursday but they didnt reply usually they reply in 24hrs

does any one had similar experience as mine

Why are you chasing?

It can take up to 6 months!!
