IHS fee question

I am asking this question on behalf of my brother

He is non EEA extended family member of EU citizen having EU settled statua. He is applying for his wife and children to join him in the UK. What categories should he select when paying for the NHS fee?

Your post is unclear.

Does your brother, the non-EEA EFM, have Settled Status?

Or does the EEA citizen have Settled Status and your brother have pre-settled status?

Also, what form has your brother filled in to sponsor his family?

He is non-eu family family member and has settled status. The eu citizen is my wife with settled status
