Dependent Visa Fee to be paid when a person completed 2+ years stay in UK out of 5 year skilled worker visa

Hello,

Kindly suggest what would be the Dependent Visa Fee to be paid considering the CoS Job Code in Skilled Worker visa is under SOC list?
£479 if you’re staying for up to 3 years
£943 if you’re staying for more than 3 years

Considering the below scenario -

• Primary Applicant (Skilled Worker Visa) Tenure - 5 Years [out of which 2+ years stay in UK completed]

• Dependent Applicant - New Born in UK [actual tenure applicable to apply is less than 3 years based on remaining visa tenure for parent/primary applicant]

Note - While filling the dependent application form IHS amount is calculated automatically with correct amount for 2 years 6 months as the stay would be less than 2.5 years based on Skilled Worker Visa end date.
But when trying pay the visa fee, it is showing £943 to pay. No way to edit or modify.
Please let us know your suggestions.

Your child's permission to remain in the UK should be in line with yours. If you had permission for 5 years then you would need to pay the full 5 year SOC fees for the child as well.
