Hi to you all, I have a query regarding if a non eu minor who is not a biological child but one has full custody (from court)over as both parents are deceased is able to join me and my wife in Ireland. I am currently on stamp 4 but was initially on CSEP. (NB: the minor in question is my spouse sibling but we have since gotten custody through court in their home country). Thanks

Hi there,

You have full custody with court papers for a minor child who is orphaned. I don't see any issues as you're now the minor child's legal guardian, so should be seen as your own child now.

Goodluck.
