Approval (or rejection) letter is emaiil or post?

Post by rodrigocv » Wed Aug 23, 2023 9:23 am

Dear all,

Would you know if for an adult naturalization in Stage 4, does the approval (or rejection) letter or notification is sent through the post or via email? Does the same letter include the instructions on how to make the 950 EUR payment, or is that a different letter?

Thank you so much!

Doesn't matter how you got to naturalization (Stamp 4 or not); letter is received via post and yes, it has instructions how to pay money.

Are we certain that this is the case as my friend who applied this year and got naturalised in June ceremony said she received an email asking her to pay. Not sure if this was something they were again testing as part of the new process.

She probably got an email invitation to the ceremony - different from approval. I got approved just before June ceremony and received a paper letter still.
