Applying from US, "Address in the UK" and Itenary

Hello,

I currently reside in the US (citizen of Bangladesh) and am planning on applying for UK Tier 1 General VISA. When I visit the online application site ( http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ApplyNow.aspx ), it shows the following:

We also suggest that you have the following information to hand:

* Passport
* Address in the UK
* Itinerary
* E-mail Address

Is an address in the UK and an itinerary required for tier 1 general? I can't see a mention of it in the online guide on the site.

We do not need to submit any address in UK or itinerary. I applied from Los Angeles and did not provide any address in UK, but i did submit an itinerary as I requested for a post dated Visa.

Do you know whom to approach for any queries in Los Anegles consulate general?

I got my admin approval and sent my passport and didnt receive any ack. I got to knwo that they have not received after asked my cousin to enquire about that. I checked with USPS and they confirmed the delivery.

I am inreal trouble, any help would be appreciated
