Indian eVisa help

Hi all, hoping to get some help on applying for an Indian evisa. I recently became a British Citizen, from previously being an Indian citizen and have surrendered my Indian passport.

I had a couple of questions from the travel history section -

There are 2 distinct questions one asking if you've ever visited India before. Based on the questions on this forum I understand I need to answer this as no. However the next question asks which countries I have visited in the past, which includes India. Do I include India here? Or only the countries that I've visited after becoming a British citizen?
