Appeal Witness statement

My hearing date is on 8th of Jan. However, due to festive period My solicitor could not post my witness statement 5 days prior to hearing which was 3/01.09. I am not happy with it but cant do anything but to trust him.
If it gets posted tommorow, then judge should receive it on 6th. I am wondering whether this would make any difference to appeal outcome.

Dear,

As far as i know, Any thing that is supposed to be done with in time frame if there are any national holidays, Gets extended. Do not count the holidays as the normal 5 days....

Your 5 days will be working days,,,,

So please do not get worry,,,,
God will do every thing better....
