Hello,
One of my friends wants to come to UK next year (Sep 2024) to do OSPAP (https://www.pharmacyregulation.org/regi ... harmacists).
I just want to know if she would be allowed to bring her dependents to UK next year.

If this course qualifies for a student visa, then no, from January 2024 Student Visa holders can no longer bring their dependents to the UK on Student dependent visas unless it is a post graduate research route.

New government restrictions to student visa routes will substantially cut net migration by restricting the ability for international students to bring family members on all but post-graduate research routes and banning people from using a student visa as a backdoor route to work in the UK.
