Tourist Visa (family) documents requirements for Bangladeshi Businessman

My elder brothet, his wife and only One son (13yrs) want to come and visit us here in the UK. We are british citizen and we have spare room to accomodate them.

Could somebody help me with the check list of the documents that my brother needs to prepare.

My brother has an ICT support company in dhaka
My sister in law has a small business as well
and son is highschool student.

Not limited to;
A valid passport or travel document.
Bank statements confirming that you can support yourself and return journey.
Evidence of your purpose of the visit.
Evidence that you will leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit.

What is the possiblity to get the visa?

It highly depends on his socioeconomic status. He needs evidence of this. Read other threads here and it would give you an idea of requirements. Requirements are different for everyone.
