Change employer - dependents

Hello,

2 queries if someone can answer please

1. Changing employer after current job and visa term is about to end after 14 days after that - application will be made within those 14 days, will I have to choose Update Visa option while being in the UK?

2. Can dependents apply together or will they have to wait until visa comes through the principal applicant? Their leave might end while Principal applicant visa is in process.

1. It is a new Skilled Worker visa you have to apply for if changing employers.

2. You must apply for their visas before their current visas expire. You can apply at the same time as your application.
