Spouse Visa Extension - Newborn details

Post by chusmanb » Thu Sep 28, 2023 11:34 pm

Hi there,

Thanks in advance for any sort of help/information.

I am applying for the spouse visa extension before 2nd October, my wife is British citizen by birth and we have a 27 months old kid already. Recently we had our 2nd baby in 2nd week of September, we have applied for the birth registration but our appointment date is in late November.

While filling in the application, do I have to add newbron's detail as my second child or just have to mention in the notes/comments please?

If I don't have to mention then what should I reply to the question "does your partner have any children whom you're not mentioning in this application"?

Any help will highly be appreciated.
Thanks

Mention the baby and provide birth and name details. The baby exists already, its the organ of government that is slow for registration.
Then clarify things in cover letter or note.

Just wanted to ask another question as I have made a mistake.

I have been working with same the same company since September 2020 but I was working through a contracting agency but in November 2021 I became permanent employee. While filling in the application, I put August 2021 rather than November 2021 as my start date of employment.

What should I do, shall I mention this in cover letter? Is it really a big issue?

Thanks

Thanks
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
