Tier 2 dependent visa expiring in 4 months, can I leave the country due to emergency

Hello, my husband’s visa is expiring on Feb 2024 however we needed to go abroad due to emergency, her mom passed away today. Will he be allowed to come back to UK in 3 weeks time? His visa will expire feb 2024. Thanks

Visa is valid till February - why wouldn't he be able to go back?

He's free to return to UK until visa expires.
