Post by sathmaha » Tue Oct 17, 2023 10:50 pm

Dear All, I am currently on low income due to my ongoing sickness. Is Fee waiver is applicable for adulats to apply naturalisation? Some said I cant use fee waiver form but others say I can submit. Very confusing and I cant able to find the answers in the net as well. Can you help me ?

Fee waiver is not available for naturalisation - which is a discretionary application (you don't absolutely have to have it, unlike a visa) - you already have ILR so you won't have a problem with status.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Only for children under the age of 18, not adult applicants.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
