Sponsorchip license and undefined CoS

Hello,

Does anybody know, if an employer applied for a sponsorship license, and asked for 1 undefined CoS, can still sponsor people from outside the UK with a defined CoS? in other words, Is the sponsorship license locked to either defined or undefined CoS? Thanks.

It is not locked to one or other - the issue is getting more COS after the initial allocation. That can take up to 18 weeks. The priority hugely service is over subscribed so that is very much pot luck.

Did you get your undefined CoS assigned? If it is how long it took ?. I am in same situation and my visa expires on February 16th. Please let me know, Thank you.
