Naturalisation no valid passport or brp

If someone has an expired brp and expired refugee travel document, and no other passport, is that going to be a problem for Naturalisation? Thanks.
The Refused are coming day-by-day nearer to freedom.

Don’t see a problem there really. Do you have ILR or SS?
