Query regarding skilled worker extension

Hi ,

My Cos expires in 27th March 2024(start date 26th March 2021) but my BRP expires on 07th March 2024 so should I go for renewal before 07th March 2024 ? I have switched from ICT to skilled worker within UK and my Visa granted in in Feb 2021 and that's why my BRP expires earlier than COS ?

My second question is regarding new role within same sponsor but different occupation code. In this case should I get new COS and apply for visa again ? If it happens before my extension then can I get 3 years COS under new occupation code ?

In terms cos allocation , I read the below so just wanted to confirm otherwise I will start following up with my employer to avoid last min hassle.
