Hello Family (saludos y despedidas) greetings and farewell. My brother has been on the Canadian Farm Work programme for over 11 year now.

He has been on and off to Canada on the program. Is there anyway he could get permanent resident status?

If so, are there any protocols to follow? Please would love to know.
