Dental Nurse (6143) English requirement

Hi Gurus,

Seeking your expertise on a matter. My friend is applying for the Dental Nurse (6143) role through the PSW (graduate) route. She has a previous MSc qualification in the UK and is not required to register with the GDC (General Dental Council) for the dental nurse position. In the application, she answered "No" to the following question, as there is no language assessment required by a regulated professional body.

"If you are applying as a doctor, dentist, nurse, midwife or vet, have you passed an English Language assessment accepted by the relevant regulated professional body as a requirement for registration?"

She hasn't submitted the application yet due to uncertainty about whether to answer "YES" or "NO" to this question. Any assistance would be appreciated.
