1. Two years. Raed: All you need to know about cohabitation evidence
2. Have you read the official guide? See: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... rement.pdf
3. There have been no changes for now
4. Yes. You get these forms after applying online

Thanks Zimba. very helpful as always. Much appreciated.
1, in terms of proofs- is it totally 12 pieces over 2 years for each person or 6 if we got combined name in a proof ? i always struggle to understand this, could you guide me please.
2. I hope the english requirement is B1.
3. reading the guidance, the finance req is only 18600 as children are British passport holders.
4. Do we need to pay any IHS surcharge when applying SET M please?
Thanks in advance

It is the correct form. It clearly states which route the link is for so unsure what is confusing.

In which category are you applying for indefinite leave to remain?
(Required)

really sorry. completely forgot to ask this doubt please

following the questions above, since the last entry clearance, my wife is a ltd company so i ticked 'yes'
so it is asking '' Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK''

Please advise me what evidence can i provide for this ? is company registration document is more that enough?
thanks again

Note that the answers on the form should not be treated as full disclosure :!:
Your wife being a director of LTD does not matter if you do not want to claim her income from that company. If that is the case, you do NOT need to answer that question as you get a confusing document item like this. Also, no evidence needs to be provided so ignore the list

Thanks Zimba.

1. I have applied online however it did not show the super priority option to select ?? Bit worried.
it only showed standard appointment to choose with the fees of 2885 so i chose. Did i do any mistake in application ?

2. when uploading document for SET M do i need to submit the family consent forms as we did for FLR M-part 1 part 2 part 3. the documents required is asking only family declaration. what should i submit please?

thanks

dear gurus/,moderators- zimba. thanks in advance.
i hope i am posting this message on the same thread relevant to question i am asking

My wife has had applied for SET (M) in march 2024 and still waiting for decision, few weeks ago received an email to register for E-visa.
1. just wondering is it because she got the SET (M) linked to e-visa. i understand from previous post evisa is separate. if we need to register for evsia could we use old BRP number which is expired ? would registering the evisa delay the SET(m) Application outcome please

kindest regards

Thanks all gurus.
Not sure again if i am posting it on right thread.
My wife SET M was applied on 11th march 2024 ; Biometrics done on 22nd march 2024 but still waiting for decision, She needs to travel to india urgently due to family medial emergency.
dont know what to do ?
- can she travel with indian passport without BRP ?
- do we need to get any permission from home office?
- would this cause any issues in her SET M application please?

your advise would be really helpful and give me peace of mind.

thanks

If she travels out of the UK, her ILR application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the fee that has been paid. She will also not be able to return if her spouse visa has already expired.

SET M is an immigration application so your wife can not travel till decision is made or it will be considered as withdrawn on the date she exits UK and all fees will be lost.

Thank you so much respected guru amazonian
I understand now. we have no option other than pray and finger crossed. could we travel once we receive the approval email or do we need true BRP to travel please. We have registerd with Evisa already so i assume it would get updated as well.
kind regards

The evisa is not rolled out for use yet till HO says so. And as per reports HO tells travellers to.still have the physical BRP.
