After transitioning from a Tier 4 student visa to ILR (LR), my wife also switched from a Student Dependent visa to a Spouse visa. Her Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) was issued on 06/11/19, and her current visa remains valid until 12/12/24. We are uncertain whether she can apply for ILR (M) on 09/10/24 or if we must wait until 12/12/24.
