Online Naturalisation Form - Cannot upload files

Hi,

I've been trying to upload the requested files on the online naturalisation form but I keep receiving this error message.



"Something went wrong. Please try again later."

• All files are under 5 MB.

• All files are PDF/Jpg

• I've tried both dragging and browsing

• I've tried different browsers

Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've seen other people mentioning it, so could just be an issue on ISD side - best bet is to try tomorrow/in a few days.

But just in case:
- remove spaces in documents taht you upload, if any (eg don't have a file named "passport copy.pdf)
- try in Incognito mode (might help if it's stale cookies/etc).
- hit F12 next time and send a snippet of your console logs.

Did anyone manage to upload forms in ISD Online? I emailed them back on Jan 2 with all the details / screenshots / browser logs, but never heard back...

We’ve had lots of reports today of issues. And we’ve not been able to load anything and have had no responses to our messages. We’ll try again tomorrow, but I think it will be a case of waiting until JAHS fixes it from the backend.

We are aware of a current IT issue that is preventing some applicants from uploading supporting documentation in relation to applications for Naturalisation.

Our IT team are currently investigating the issue and aim to have it fixed as soon as possible.

still not resolved. i read it FB that it was resolved yesterday. but iam not convinced. iam still seeing the same issue.

It was indeed resolved yesterday around 4pm, i managed to upload one file. but then - literally after 10 minutes - i was again unable to upload anything else

It means it's ISD - only they can fix it.
