LTA,Medical Allowance & Bonus- can they be considered

Hi All,
I'm going to apply for Tier-1. I do qualify for the points. But I'm not sure whether I can claim the non-taxable amount such as LTA,Medical Allowance & Bonus? All these components are part of my CTC and they also reflect in my Salary slip.. I read on some forum that these components are not considered for claiming previous earning.

Yes these are included in total Earnings.
