ILR Eligibility - Date query and Route

Background :
Primary : Wife is in Tier 2 from Aug 2019 and renewed with Skilled worker healthcare valid until 14 Jan 2025
Dependents : Me and kids BRP first start date 02-Dec-2019. Vignette date 01-Dec-2019 (Just one day earlier) and renewed for dependent partner valid till 14-Jan-2025

My wife's T2 Skilled worker vignette stamped in passport is 08-AUG-2019
The BRP start date is 15-AUG-2019.

1. What is the earliest date that she can submit the ILR application. Is it 28 days earlier than 08-AUG or 15-AUG ?

2. Is the 28 days for Biometrics Submission or for submitting the application with payment complete. Can she not start an application before 28 days and keep filling in details without competing the payment ?

3. Which application she is supposed to use. Is it SET (O)?

4. In Nov/Dec 2024 What application I am supposed to use? - I suppose it is SET(O) again for me and kids,

5. Should the kids apply along with me or can we apply later considering they have validity till 2025 Jan. I am planning to get mine first in priority and then apply for kids in normal.? Any views or pitfalls in this idea.

6. What is the financial requirements for dependents ILR. Should she be still in the same job or can she switch or quit working? I work too and have my own payslip.

2. Is the 28 days for Biometrics Submission or for submitting the application with payment complete. Can she not start an application before 28 days and keep filling in details without competing the payment ?

Biometric submission or appointment can be 45days after submission

3. Which application she is supposed to use. Is it SET (O) Correct

4. In Nov/Dec 2024 What application I am supposed to use? - I suppose it is SET(O) again for me and kids, Set O

5. Should the kids apply along with me or can we apply later considering they have validity till 2025 Jan Yes. I am planning to get mine first in priority and then apply for kids in normal.? Any views or pitfalls in this idea. You may be contacted by HO to ask why are the children not applying with you. Simply state the plan is to do so later
