Uk Visitor visa for wife

Hi members, I am a British citizen and just got married in Pakistan. My wife does a full time job and have her business in Pakistan. She doesn’t want to leave her job and also want to carry on her business in Pakistan. Therefore, she will be able to visit uk with me for a couple of months only due to her work commitments. Could anyone suggest if she can get a uk visit visa or not? The spouse visa is on my mind but the problem is she won’t be living the uk permanently. Kindly help with your suggestions and experiences.

A visit visa is not out of the question. There will be a higher level of scrutiny as it will appear that she would be using the visit visa to circumvent the spouse route.

The level of evidence that would be needed to convince the entry clearance officer will be considerably higher than normal. So prepare a well structured evidenced package to back the show her ties to Pakistan and why there is no doubt that she will return at the end of her visit.
