I am applying for BRP renewal (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-service) for my daughter (11 years old) as expiry date is 11/02/2024 (her ILR is granted by Feb 2019). Please help to clarify the below
1) For the point 'Evidence to prove your continuous residency in
the UK since becoming a permanent resident' in Other documents, Is this mandatory as its a minor application? If yes, can I provide council tax since 2019 where father and mother names are listed (not my daughter's name of course as she is a minor)?
2) In consent section of the application form, below questions are asked and not that clear on questions what documents they mean? if council tax bills then what should we say on below please?
Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
3) On consent form https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... onsent.pdf) who has to sign on page 1, 2 and 3 please (as a followup on above questions)?
