Urgent please. Child visa

Hello,
Please I got this email today. I am divorced from my kids father and have all responsibilities for the kids. Also I attached my divorce letter, consent letter from father saying I have all responsibilities for the kids, letter from their school and church, letter from the hospital and also letter from my parents. But they still asking for more documents. I dunno what else to do. I even attached financial payments I have done and pictures of me and them, even my flight ticket to Nigeria last year to see my kids. Is it possible they didn’t see the evidences attached? Or I need to explain the evidence in a cover letter?

Please provide any further evidence, information or documents you would like to be considered in line with points (a), (b) or (c).

Please send these documents as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to WorkSponsoredDocumentRequests@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. You should include English translations of any documents that are not in English or Welsh.

Thats not enough for UKVI. They would need a letter about sole responsibility from a government authority, for example, not just from the father.

The issue that is being eluded to is the fact they have had a continuing life without you in their home country and by default you do not have sole responsibility. It is a common point for caseworkers to make.

You will have to demonstrate how you have been involved in the decision making on a day to day basis, explain who has been looking after them in your absence and how that can not carry on. It is a difficult hill to climb particularly if you have been apart for a significant period of time.

If your ex-husband had been caring for them, that will probably end any chance of them coming as dependents. Brutally put if they were staying in their home country successfully then there is no need for them to be in the U.K. It is your choice to come to work in the U.K. and can return to your home country to care for them.

Yes in my divorce letter, I was awarded custody of my children.

But you in fact have not had physical custody in any real sense, someone else has maintained that role. Not seeing how you can overcome the refusal readily.

I have had physical custody before I travelled. I have travelled back once to see my kids too since I relocated a year ago. All decisions comes through me

So the fact is, the father has looked after the child for a year, and you can send money back to take care of him/ her. Therefore, it seems that what you've been told already is despite you getting custody, the father has been able / willing to look after him/ her.

It seems harsh, but what you need is a way to overcome that there is no one to care. How can you do that?

Please what are the documents submitted, I'm not married to the father. i got same email today, i already have a court order and a consent letter from the father .please I'm begging, help a sister.
