Hi , does anyone knows the effect of the cases of UM and AKS vs minister of justice on citizenship application. This is to do with revocation of residency. It will be nice to hear from anyone with good knowledge of those cases and how it affects citizenship application.

Hi @iceice855. I have found out about this ruling as I was gathering documents for my citizenship application. I had a Stamp4Eufam revoked (Part of it) due to ex's departure from the state. I was granted a Stamp4 based on Chenchouliah* since. Do you have more details on whether the revoked years are now reckonable for new citizenship applications?
