Hi all,

I have just submitted my application

here's my timeline so far:
12th Jan 09 - post sent
13th Jan 09 - post received by HO (royal mail tracking)
14th Jan 09 - payment deducted
15th Jan 09 - letter with ref. no received acknowledging receive of application

My question is:
i would like to fax the urgent treatment form. Where can i find that? on the website? all i could find is the UT form of HSMP, not Tier 1(general)...does that mean there isn't any for Tier 1 (general)?
