I'm confused about what to put in in the last column of this question. It says "Evidence of Earnings Provided", but there's too little space to write much there! Please see this screenshot:

Any ideas?

arKas, I have the same doubt. Its not only in this section of the form. But a lot of places. E.g. writing college name. I sincerely request the senior member to help both of us on this issue.

I understand the space provided is not enough to complete the information, however you will need to somehow accommodate the information in there.

If you are filling the form manually and attaching payslips and bank statements as evidence of earnings, simply put PAYSLIPS AND BANK STATEMENTS under the heading. Don't worry if the text goes a bit outside the box. It's fine. I completed it this way and nothing was wrong in it. I have already recd the visa.

You cant fill those sections electronically. They have to be done manually with very fine handwriting in order to fit into the box (doesnt matter if it goes slightly beyond). On the employer details box just mention name of employer and period of earning. Other employer details can go into the cover letter.

One more question. Should we fill up the entire form by hand or just the sections which cannot be filled electronically.

yes fill it by hand...would have been better if you had filled the entire form manually to keep the uniformity but it really doesnt matter....i filled the entire form manually.
