Hi,

Currently, My 10 year old son is on ICT dependent visa till end of August. My ICT(main) visa also expires in end of August. My spouse has a skilled worked visa valid till mid 2026.

I am planning to first apply for skilled worker dependent under super priority for myself alone. After I get a decision letter from the home office , can I then apply for my son's skilled worker dependent visa - nromal route?
Will this create any problems for him?
