SOC 2137 replaced, and Salary Discrepancy for ILR Application

Hi ,

I have been working as skilled worker for last 5 years as web developer my now salary has changed according to new rqf code should i receive salary ? Its totally confusing because before my code was 2137 now they have change code and salary as well .what would the minimum threshold for me as m going to file ILR next month please help

Currently m getting paid 21500 per anum how much do i need to show for applying ILR as skilled worker web developer . my old rqf code was 2137 now 2141 . Please guid how much salary should be as m gonna apply for ILR next month thanks ,

The lower going rate applies for your SOC which is now set at £35,800 (£18.36 per hour)

i spoke to solicitor before this reply and she said £29000 per anum for 37.5 per week should be alright because i had skilled worker visa before 4 april 2024 new rule doesn't effect me , as per her statement .Please guide m confused

Lower going rate or 29,000 which ever is higher

That is the min general threshold for people who were under the skilled worker rules before 4 April 2024, NOT the minimum going rate as per your SOC. There are in fact two minimum requirements: the general threshold and the going rate as per your SOC. For ILR qualification you need to be paid the highest of the two numbers.
