Appliction for HSMP Extension

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for my HSMP application and would like to know what documents to supply and what address to send the application to..It would also help if any of the applicants who have already got extensions could share information about what exactly they sent.

for extension send teh flr ied for filled up, bank statements, letter of accomodation , work what u r doing, just send these u will get the extension, dont worry mate..

I submitted the following and successfuly got the extension,

1)FLR(IED) form + passport + photos.
2)10 months Pay slips
3)10 months Bank statements

Did you send the documents for extension by special delivery or you hired a courier?
