New DCoS after 4th April 2024 in IT Field

Hi Everyone,

Most of Sponsors were unable to get DCoS from Feb to 4-April 2024 in IT related fields.
My query is:

1- Did anyone applied for Defined CoS in IT filed and got it after 4th April 2024, if yes under which CoS Code?
2- Can we still apply and get DCoS under old Occupation code (Salary GBP 38,700.00) which are still considered as Skilled Worker but not in Immigration Salary List.
3- Is it compulsory that DCoS should be under Immigration Salary List?

WE did applied under new rules in ISL. not it is not needed to be only in ISL. you can apply for job code 3133 or any other SOC code but you need to pay stader rate which is different for each code.

Salary requirements
You'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.

So if the job role is not covered under ISL / care sector or education then the minimum rate ( unless as a new entrant) is not less than £38,700

So if the job Code stander rate saying 41000£ can we still pay 38700£ So my understanding is if stander rate is lower we must pay 38700£ if job is not on ISL, but if stander rate is higher we can't pay 38700£ Correct?

You must the whatever is the higher rate of £38,700 or the SOC standard rate unless it is listed under the exemption areas, care etc.

You can not offer £38,700 where the SOC Std Rate is £41,000
