Dependant Visa for skilled worker

I have just switched jobs, my new job CoS was issued before 4th April 2024 and have received my BRP, my spouse and children have returned back to India and will be applying there to join me based on my new visa/job.
My current job SOC code is 1223 with Salary of £26,500 but on the salary list it states this job must be paid a lower rate of £28,000.
Will my Spouse and children still be able to apply for the dependant visa?
