Can we start a Petition - Indian Minor Child passport renewal - Section 8 of the Indian Citizenship act.

Hi,

Apologies if this post seems aggressive.

I am referring to the Section 8 of the Indian Citizenship act.

I have been emailing and texting Indian Consulate / embassy, but not rec'd any positive or significant answers.

From what I can gather nothing has changed since Oct 2023. The children's passport have not been renewed either in India or abroad
