Stamp 1G Spouse to Stamp 4

I am in Ireland around 5 years. I spent 6 months on Stamp 1 and 4.6 years on Stamp 1G spouse visa . I am currently working on Stamp-1G spouse visa(spouse of a critical skill permit holder). Can I eligible to change permission to Stamp 4 after 5 years? If yes, what is the process to change stamp permissions?

5 years on 1G.
You can apply via online system for Stamp 4 on your next renewal, assuming you live in Dublin.
