Hello,
I am applying for indefinite leave to remain and I have few questions.
In the application there is a question which states,
"Have you provided evidence of your English language ability in a previous application?"
I have selected "Yes" after selecting yes, another question pops-up which is,
"Have you passed an approved English language test?"
I have selected "No" because when applying for leave to remain application about 2.5 years ago I submitted my degree certificate.
when selecting No, another question comes,"Are you claiming an exemption from the English language test due to a medical or mental condition?" I selected "No"
After that a question, "Do you have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from taking the test?"
I selected "Yes" and in the box where it says "Circumstances preventing you from taking the English language test" I have mentioned that I have a Masters degree in ... and I completed my degree in 2019 from one of the UK universities (I listed the name of university).
Did I answer the above questions right?
I am concerned that I have not seen question like, "Do you have a degree that was taught in english?" in the application, which i did see previously when applying for leave to remain.
Is that right? that i have specified a reason in the exceptional circumstances box. Is a degree taught and researched still acceptable when applying for ILR?
