Tier 2 dependent extension

I have completed 5 years on tier 2 dependent visa and was granted ILR in Jan 24. My wife was dependent on my tier 2 visa which expires in Dec 24. She will not be eligible for ILR, readig through forum I understand she can apply for extension under tier 2 to avoid resetting clock. My queation is that do i need to be employeed in same job as when COS was issued or can i switch job and still use last COS to support my wife’s application
