Arranging documents

Two questions:

1) How should I arrange the documents. I have kept them in a file, but the document can slip out if the file is held upside down. How have you guys submitted the documents.

2) I have recently got my passport renewed. Should I submit both my old and new passport or just the new one.

Please advice.

Hi,

You can arrange all the documents and carry them in an envelope, while submitting your application.

You need to submit both the current and the old passports.
