BRP Renewal - Who should sign the Consent Form for Children?

Post by basiroria » Thu May 30, 2024 8:16 pm

Hello everyone,
I am applying for ILR BRP renewal for my children who are all under the age of 18 (16, 13, and 11). I cannot really figure out the Consents section. Can some kindly advise as to who should sign the different parts, part 1, 2 and 3? It clearly says; you, the applicant, should sign part 1. In my case its children.

Are children expected to sign or one of the parents?

Thank you :)

Brps arr being phased out. Even if you still choose to apply, the new Brps will expire on 31st December 2024 as the new e-visa system is being rolled out currently.

Thank you for your kind advice. I have already submitted the applications and I have been able to book an appointment for finger prints at UKVCAS in 2 weeks?

I am wondering why do they have the option to renew the old BRPs when are discontinuing them? And what will happen after December? Are they going to automatically renew all BRPs after December?

Please kindly enlighten me as I am totally confused.

Thank you.

And if you can still advise on consent forms that would be great.
