Getting company sponsorshop license while paying child maintenance

Hi,

I am currently running a E Commerce company, emplying two full time staff members. I am currently paying child maintenance to my exWife. Can someone please let me know if that can be a problem for me when applying for a sponsorship license. I have an active loan from the bank which I am promptly paying back.

I am not claiming any sort of benefits as someone said anyone claiming benefits cannot get a sponsorship license for his company.
