Got a work permit but previous student dependent refusal

Good day all forum members,
I am looking for an advice on my cousin's behalf please guide me properly if possible.

My cousin's was newly married (In Pakistan) when she applied for her student depndent visa back in 2023. She was refused the dependent visa because there was differences in the answers given by her and her student husband in their immigration interviews. They applied for judicial review but again faild. Now her husband has secured a work permit and she wants to apply as his dependent. She is worried if the previous refusal will effect the new application? The questions asked in the interview were not properly answered was result of confusion and anxitey as this was her 1st ever interview and 1st time out of village environment.

Your help will highly be appreciated for any reasonable advice.
