Hi,

I am filling Skilled worker dependent visa for myself. My spouse is on skilled worker visa but I am on ICT visa. I am going to apply for SW dependent visa. Please could you tell me what should I respond to the below question.

Question in the application: Do you have permission to stay as ABCD's partner?

Since, I am on ICT visa, I suppose I dont have permission to stay as ABCD's partner. Is 'No' the correct answer
Please could you have a look at the attached image.
