A friend of mine is applying for a spouse visa ( entry clearance) .He works in the NHS. His Basic Pay on the contract is around £23k, however, he has consistently worked overtime due to which his gross annual pay is around £33k. Does this makes him meet the financial requirements of £29k ?
The employer letter he got from the head office states that his basis pay is £23k and that he is paid £xx amount per hour for the any overtime work he undertakes. Does this meet the HO requirements?
