Name bifurcation for Indian passport in UK

Hi all,

I recently realized the name as per Indian passport does not match UK guidelines of first name and last name.
My name as per Indian passport is surname blank and full name in first name.
Surname:
First name: R J Y

I want to change this to:
Surname: Y
First name: R J

Can you please guide me on this. I am not able to figure out anything from the embassy site.
My name in Pan card and Aadhar is R J Y.
