I wanted to ask, if someone receives an email from home office about replacing BRP with an e-visa, how would it work for a couple? The main applicant is the husband and wife is the second applicant, and home office only had one email for them on their system. The husband will create his UKVI account to replace his BRP as he received email from home office but what about his wife? How can she create the account as they both use the same email. Please advice. Thanks.
